Greeting and assisting guests in the recreational areas such as the gym, pool, and other leisure facilities
Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all recreation areas
Ensuring all recreation equipment is in proper working condition and ready for guest use
Providing information and recommendations to guests about the hotel's amenities and local attractions
Responding promptly to guest requests and addressing any concerns in a professional manner
Collaborating with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience
Adhering to all health, safety, and security protocols
Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all recreation areas
Ensuring all recreation equipment is in proper working condition and ready for guest use

Persyaratan
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a recreation or leisure setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with guests of all backgrounds
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our guests
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, additional language skills are an advantage
